Ares Lusitani STC was established in February 2018 as a Securitization Vehicle, and it has since been operating actively in the securitization market, participating in public and private securitization of Portuguese PL and NPL portfolios, with international funds, national banks and international financing institutions as clients, and has so far issued obligations of more than €3.1 billions.
