First, we take students on a journey through the great works of history by canvassing distinguished thinkers and writers such as Plato, Augustine, Dostoevsky, Jane Austin, Lewis Carroll, and C.S Lewis. We train students in both thought and sentiment to know and love goodness, truth, and beauty. Second, students acquire a working knowledge of a foreign language of their choice. Our students are immersed through personal, professional, and cultural interaction with individuals who belong to that particular language community. Mastering a second language helps students in today’s global world as well as further develops their brain functioning, provides them marketable skills, and cultivates the life of the mind. Third, we launch students into college or career with the skills required in today’s global economy, including basic financial literacy, business etiquette, social networking, and apprenticeship opportunities. Upon graduation, students display excellence in active reading and listening, effective writing, eloquent speaking, mathematics, science, world languages, and business etiquette.
