Owners Marcy DeShong and her daughter, Karen Shreves, are two women who understand exactly what it’s like to go through the process of remodeling, and who bring with them a patience and understanding you won’t find elsewhere. Marcy’s daughter, Karen Shreves, joined the Midwest team as a young woman learning the business from the ground up. After over 20 years of focus solely on the bathroom, which is the hardest room in the home to remodel, Karen expanded the business to whole home remodel. The name was changed from Midwest Luxury Baths to Midwest Remodeling Services. With the use of technology, Midwest now focuses on 3D design/build projects serving clients who want to stay in the location they love, but need to make changes to a home that no longer fits their needs. Karen and Marcy have prided themselves in being able to work within any budget while not sacrificing the quality and dreams of their clients’ goals.
