USA Ninja Challenge is a kids obstacle course based fitness program. With progression based teaching during hour long classes and camps we work with kids ages 4-15. We build confidence and athleticism through a challenging yet safe environment. The mission of USA Ninja Challenge is to provide athletes with a fun, challenging program that focuses on overcoming obstacles, one at a time, to build confidence, self esteem and increase athleticism.
