'We thought we needed a simple will – leaving everything to each other and then to our children – and had made a Will on the internet a few years ago which did that. It was only when we spoke to friends who were clients of Civil Wills that we found out that our Will could resolve a number of other issues (collecting all of our Inheritance Tax allowances being the main one for us).
