SHHC is a not-for-profit, multispecialty health center that opened its doors in 1956. Our health care philosophy emphasizes helping individuals maintain and improve health through the use of recognized preventive and comprehensive clinical services. We believe high-quality health care requires up-to-date medical information and respectfully coordinated services. SHHC continues its mission to make available comprehensive and affordable outpatient health services to Chicago union groups, individuals, families, retirees and other negotiated groups. A list of services include: family and internal medicine, dental, podiatry, radiography, gynecology, eye services including exams and eyewear, family counseling, and physical therapy.
