SEEDS–TOGO (founded in 2010) is an independent organisation whose orientation is to work for the education and inspiration of young people in the global environment. Our main areas of intervention are: Education, Gender equality, Responsible Tourism and Entrepreneurship. We are a Non-Profit Organisation located in the heart of Africa, lending our expertise and resources to promote and sustain development. The motivating ideology behind SEEDS-TOGO is “Educating for a better life”. No-one can over emphasize the importance of education especially in our world today. Education is a tool for enlightening and developing the society. It is a tool for disseminating information and ideas, a catalyst for positive transformation and a harbinger for stimulating economic growth in a nation. Thus, the creation of SEEDS–TOGO is evident for better life, a forward looking organisation. Of course, it is indeed obvious ‘educating’ comes in various forms. SEEDS-TOGO identifies with its unique ways of education for better life. Today, SEEDS-TOGO is an active organisation continuing to educate, empower, and contribute to the development of Togo. The organisation is a part of ActionAid, and thus proudly contributes to global awareness, development, and cooperation.
