The Senior Health Insurance Information Program (SHIIP) provides free, unbiased, and confidential Medicare Insurance Counseling. The IA Senior Medicare Patrol (SMP) Program empower sand assists Medicare beneficiaries, their families, and caregivers, to prevent, detect, and report suspected healthcare fraud, errors, and abuse through outreach, counseling, and education.
