M2Music, London’s premiere urban record label is run by musicians, for musicians. Based in Hackney, East London, its star signings: Kelz TBK, Reblyne and DymonRed make up the M2Music family and together they represent London’s next generation of urban music and UK hip hop. M2Music was founded in 2010 by the urban record label’s producer, Hackney born DymonRed aka Michael Soremi. His first signing, Kelz TBK is fast gaining momentum on the UK hip hop and urban music scene in Hackney, London and beyond; while singer/songwriter Reblyne working on her first EP. More than just an urban record label, the trio, who all hail from London’s East End, share a close knit bond, with boss DymonRed divulging: “employees can be replaced, family members can’t.” Today DymonRed, Kelz TBK and Reblyne are at the helm of Hackney’s bourgeoning transformation into the city’s capital for culture. The young London group have for a talent for producing urban and hip hop music, with Dymon setting up the Hackney music label to give those with urban music savvy in London, the chance to express themselves.
