Desert Veterinary Specialists opened its doors in 2005 as the first (and it remains the only) multi-specialist provider of advanced veterinary care in the Coachella Valley. Based in Palm Desert, California, our team of specialists partner with your pet's primary care provider to provide care for injuries and medical conditions which require expertise and/or specialized equipment beyond that available in general practice. Our specialists are recognized experts in their chosen discipline, and they share their expertise by regularly lecturing to local, national, and/or international gatherings of veterinarians and technicians. Our specialists see canine and feline patients by referral from general care providers or as second-opinion consultations.
