The British Columbia Forest Safety Council (BCFSC) was created in 2004 as a not-for-profit society dedicated to the health & safety of BC forest industry workers. Our mandate is strictly health and safety related to forest industry workplaces. We provide SAFE Certification, Faller Certification, OHS training, safety alerts, resources, training and support. Our role is to support the forest industry in achieving continuous improvement in safety performance. We have two offices in Nanaimo and Prince George and regional representatives throughout the province.
