A Salon for Kids. Snips and Giggles is a specialty salon for kids and families. We provide a kid-friendly and fun environment for our clients who may or may not enjoy the traditional salon. Our trained staff loves to work with families to provide a unique haircut and styling experience. Snips can provide "Baby's 1st cut" to Prom Updo's and everything in between. Created in 2006 we have operated with licensed locations in De Pere, WI and Appleton, WI and are currently developing our 1st location in SE Wisconsin, downtown Oconomowoc.
