Eleon - High capacity factor 3MW+ wind turbine. Established in 2007, Eleon Ltd. is an Estonian based technology innovation company focusing on multimegawatt-class direct drive wind turbines development and manufacturing. The first Eleons patented technology-based direct drive windmill Eleon 3M116 was erected in 2013 to Saaremaa, Estonia. This Eleon 3M116 windmill has successfully completed all network tests and is producing approximately 30% more electricity than any other windmill currently built in the World. Serial production of Eleon windmills Eleon3.4MW is currently on-going in Aidu located in East-Viru county of Estonia, where a 100MW reference park with 33 windmills is built.
