EP industrial Psychological Services (Pvt) Ltd. was incorporated in Zimbabwe in 2005 with the aim of assisting organisations to select and develop the right talent in the right environment. We believe that it is the calibre and commitment of an organisation’s talent that sets it apart from others. Hence, organisations should select the right talent from the first instance. This is in line with our motto: “Right Person – Right Job – Right Environment”. We use a number of assessment tools to achieve this objective.
