The mission of Silpara Technologies is to improve sustainable mobility through advanced materials that improve vehicle fuel economy by reducing the internal friction in tire tread materials. Vehicle operators that use tires containing Silpara nanotechnology will see their fleet cost of ownership improved. Silpara will also reduce CO2 emissions, not only by improving the fuel economy of tires, but also by reducing the amount of energy required to make the tires.
