Providing a service to leasehold developments and Resident Management Companies, CMG is based in Gloucester, GLOS and covers a geographic radius within 1 hour travel time of the office. Our aim is to provide service choices up to fully managed to clients that are looking for a managing agent to assist in running residential leasehold developments, including secretarial duties for the associated Limited companies. We will deal with all aspects of the Management from preparing service charge budgets to collection, appointing contractors to inspections and liaising with surveyors for major refurbishment projects. CMG are currently involved in the management of in excess of 850 residential units from purpose built apartments to Grade 2* listed conversions.
