Our mission is to empower students, parents, teachers, and professionals of all ages in teaching them our unique mindfulness tool, The Paradox ProcessTM, designed to identify, communicate, and change negative feelings and perceptions. We teach this tool to those who have the courage to confront themselves, to engage with the world and create the life they want. A root cause of systemic dysfunctions and inequities in all aspects of life is a lack of effective emotional education in schools. People face low self-esteem, stress, and pressure in everyday life. Fear and other negative emotions block mental acuity and cognitive abilities, making it difficult to be creative and resourceful learners. Our core practice of using the Paradox Process gives a practical tool to identify emotions and change the inner dialogue. Students gain objectivity and compassionate listening to others, as well as empathy, understanding, and positive collaboration.
