The Moorevale group of companies were formed in 2003. Moorevale is a privately owned specialist property vehicle focusing on the office sector, mainly in London and the South East. We are based in Clarges Street, Mayfair with a head count of five. Moorevale have invested over £430m either independently or jointly with partners and have an enviable track record of success achieving an average IRR of 42% for each project. The two principals are Mike Probert and Charlie Bishop who have each been active in the office markets for 20 years.
