Our sessions are all about you. As soon as you walk in the door the atmosphere promotes relaxation, this is a stress free zone. We take the time to do a detailed intake to see what you expect to get out of the session. Together, we will tailor a session to meet your needs. After all, this is your session and it's all about you. We want you to be heard and feel like you got the most out of your time with us. We don't want you to feel rushed off the table and out the door after each session. Feel free to have a cup of tea or water, relax a bit longer, take a breath and enjoy a moment for yourself.
