Northstar Realty and Construction provides building construction, brokerage and other services. The Northstar portfolio consists primarily of supermarket and national discounter-anchored open-air community centers. More recently, we have added urban mixed-use properties, primarily with residential rental above street level retail. Northstar maintains offices in New York City and suburban Boston.
