Peruvian Goverment Investment Program, co-financed by Interamerican Development Bank, to contribute to the justice coverage, better interoperability and resocialization of adolescent offender aganist the law. Launched in January 2012, the Program, is the highest public value intervention in the Peruvian Justice System shaped by Poder Judicial, Ministerio de Justicia y Derechos Humanos, Tribunal Constitucional, Ministerio del Interior, Consejo Nacional de la Magistratura, Academia de la Magistratura and Instituto Nacional Penitenciario. The US $ 36 MM Program, which phase I will finish at January 2017, is managed by Execute Unit, called ACCEDE, inside the Ministerio de Justicia y Derechos Humanos and is supported by a Coordination Unit attached at the Poder Judicial.
