SKVE Holdings Sdn Bhd was incorporated as a private limited company on 24th June 1996 under the Malaysian Companies Act 1965 was established as a special purpose company to initiate the privatization of the South Klang Valley Expressway (SKVE). To date, SKVE Holdings Sdn Bhd is the concession holder for the 52km expressway linking Kajang/ Bangi to Pulau Carey / Pulau Carey. In between, it also connects users to Putrajaya / Cyberjaya and Sepang Airport via ELITE.
