Urban Truss ,which was founded in 2016 by a young entreprenuer, is a black youth empowered company that specializes in the design, manufacture, supply & installation of timber and lightweight steel engineered roof trusses. In addition, we offer our clients a one stop service where we supply all additional roofing sundries required to complete the roof structure. We are licensed by a globally recognized company called MiTek Industries SA (Pty) Ltd and an approved truss fabricator by the Institute of Timber Construction South Africa. We are audited annually by the Institute of Timber Construction South Africa to ensure that Urban Truss is manufacturing roof trusses to the highest standard. Urban Truss has their factory and office situated in Park Rynie Industrial Park, Kwazulu Natal. Our factory boasts state-of-the-art equipment which was provided for by MiTek Industries SA (Pty) Ltd. Since our opening in 2016, Urban Truss has invested back into our community by providing the local unemployed youth with jobs and having them trained in various departments of the business by MiTek Industries SA (Pty) Ltd and our senior staff members who possess experience of more than 20 years in the truss industry. We have grown into a highly experienced and skilled work force who possess team work and excellent communication skills.
