De Maison Selections is the exclusive US importer of the next generation of exceptional beverages from independent producers in Spain, France, and beyond. De Maison Selections was founded by André Tamers in 1996 upon his return from a three-year journey throughout Spain. The company was named in honor of his mother, whose family roots go back to Haute-Savoie in France. Her father had three daughters and the name De Maison was destined to disappear, which inspired the name of the company and resulted in the continuity of the De Maison family name. The focus of our portfolio is representing exceptional family-held properties from Spain and France which are rooted in their land and show a respect for their ecology and heritage. The result is that all of our releases are imbued with a true, unique cultural stamp and authenticity. It is this originality of identity and intent which defines individual producers in crafting their expression of each wine, cider, sherry and spirit. The current generation of producers we represent perpetuate their families’ commitment to the sustainability of their culture and environment. De Maison Selections maintains a similar cultural and regional approach to our importing, connecting our European growers with retailers and restaurateurs through our network of exceptional regional US distributors.
