Panini’s Bar and Grill opened its first restaurant in May of 1986. Since then, Panini’s has grown from a single location, late-night beer and sandwich stop to a full-menu, casual dining restaurant with locations throughout Northeast Ohio as well as the Tampa, Florida area. As the franchise continues to expand, we’re always mindful of our roots in Cleveland. We’ll always be a Cleveland Company and we’re proud of that!
