Evolution Health and Fitness was founded in 2012 by owner Nick Horowski out of his passion for health and wellness. Nick felt that individuals as well as families should have a simple way to achieve their health goals and he knew that he could help them out. He has not looked back since then by expanding what Evolution Health and Fitness has to offer. His expertise as a Rehabilitation Specialist has allowed him to work with people from many walks of life and a broad spectrum of conditions. This includes one-on-one coaching, working with families as well as a wide array of lectures and workshops on health and wellness.
