Dreams Fulfilled Relief Organization is a non-profit organization founded by Hieu Minh Do, an ambitious woman with the desire and devotion to make a difference, making changes to touch the lives of children living in Vietnam. Our mandate is to help under-privileged children in poor urban districts and remote rural areas, offering them the opportunity to reach their full potential. We clearly understand and believe both education and literacy are paramount in escaping poverty. Having the right education helps build the foundation for Vietnam's future. That is why it is important that children in Vietnam have the opportunity to attend school and have adequate resources in the school system.
