Corporate Structure Founded in September of 2000 as Sidus Solutions Inc., the company was reorganized as SIDUS Solutions, LLC in April 2010 with the partnership of Rolloos Holdings; dba Top Side Offshore, Dutch corporation. As of October 2015, Mr. Pool via Blue Marline Industries reacquired the SIDUS shares from Rolloos Holding after the sale of Top Side Offshore to Joost Lasschuit and Bram Masselink and the private equity company Écart from The Hague. The buyout transaction was effectively amiable and productive, as it was agreed the new Top Side Offshore would still have the ability to resell SIDUS goods as an agent in the BENELUX markets. All business activities are directed towards assisting and supporting and increasing the safety, efficiency and control of business operations.
