A fully owned Bumiputra company specialising in servicing and maintaining, supplying and commissioning defense related equipment to the Ministry of Defense (MOD) Malaysia and other Malaysian Government Agencies through government tender. To augment our capability in providing the said services, GESB undertook to establish co-operation with various defense equipment Original Equipment Manufacturers, among them, Thales Underwater System, Thales Communications, Thales Airborne System, Thales Netherland, EADS and Oto Melara. The focus of GESB’s near future development is to improve maintenance facilities and expand its human resource in terms of number and expertise. With highly trained personnel and improved facilities, the company is confident of partaking in bigger MOD projects and as recipient of ‘transfer of technology’.
