Manningham Housing Association started in 1986, so have been in existence for over 35 years. Established to meet the housing needs of south Asian families whose needs were not being met in the private sector. Whilst we are predominantly for the South Asian community, we are proud to house people from any heritage. We have 1410 homes majority of which are larger family homes based in the Bradford and Keighley areas. We are regulated by the Regulator of Social Housing which is a government body to oversee the effective and efficient running of social housing providers. In January 2020 we were graded a G1 for Governance and G1 for Viability which are top grades achievable.
