Micaela Whitworth was born in Vancouver BC and is a Canadian Personal Trainer, Model, Author, Former Beauty Queen and Fitness Expert for Global TV Montreal. The former Miss Universe Canada contestant had been involved in the modeling/film industry for some time, but after losing sight of her own health and fitness and then managing a Curves for Women she discovered what her real passion was – Fitness. In 2006, after losing 25 pounds, changing her lifestyle around 360, running many outdoor fitness boot camps, learn to run clinics, and nutritional classes, she began her own Personal Training and Boot Camp company. Her new drive was to motivate others to a lifetime of health and fitness. With Micaela's versatile skill-set, using functional training, sports training, rehab training, yoga, and even martial arts, she has helped train a wide variety of clientele across Canada over the last 16 years from all walks of life. From training some of Canada’s top Corporate Professionals, to University Students, TV/Media Personalities, Doctors, Seniors, Brides to-be, and Moms to-be too!
