Within the renewable energy sector, we advise clients in particular on M&A transactions for wind farms and photovoltaic parks in Germany as well as related project development, public subsidies and loan-securities. Due to the internationality of our clients and the number of cross-border assignments, we have of course a genuine expertise and specialisation in private international law as well as litigation in an international context, including enforcement of arbitral awards and foreign judgments in Germany.
