At Mindful Living, we are an experienced multidisciplinary team providing high quality and trauma-informed psychological services for a range of mental health conditions and life issues. We have a special interest in the treatment of anxiety, trauma and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and a particular focus on EMDR Therapy. We provide evidence-based counselling, psychology and EMDR Therapy services to adults, children, adolescents, couples and families in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne. We also offer online and telephone counselling so that our clients can access therapy from the convenience of their own home. Our name, Mindful Living, reflects our commitment to helping people live mindful, fulfilling and purposeful lives. We provide a safe space in which to support our clients overcome the impact of trauma, experience meaningful life changes and achieve their goals.
