Our services include commissioning, retro-commissioning, mechanical design, energy audits, and life-cycle costing. Environment Our environment department provides services in three primary categories: environmental planning, hazardous materials assessment and design, and release remediation and response. Our staff produces environmental planning documents, such as Phase I ESAs and Environmental Assessments. Proper environmental planning can minimize costly schedule delays and ensure compliance with regulatory agencies. Health & Safety Our health and safety professionals and industrial hygienists focus on providing services that ensure worker and public health and safety needs are addressed, preventing injuries and incidents and focusing on proactive measures. Customized health and safety plans reduce lost time incidents and keep projects on schedule. Indoor air quality assessments and mold investigations can identify the source of occupant discomfort and design a plan to eliminate health hazards.
