No matter how passionate we are about education, and how good we are at what we do, when moving into a leadership role, the early years can be a very lonely and challenging place to be. I believe every headteacher and their leadership team have the potential to become a great leader and live a great life in the process – my passion is to give leaders and their leadership teams the support and practical tools they need to make it happen.
