We want to give incoming women leaders at Seton Hall the ability to rise by providing events that focus on different skill sets they will tap into in the workplace, and preparing members early. With a focus on women development, this club holds peer and senior mentorship, professional development via panel discussions, speed networking events, workshops, and an annual Bootcamp. We also host social events for community building. Ultimately, SHU Women in Business aims to develop a community of women with diverse backgrounds to serve as a support-system to help each other reach career goals while also functioning as a platform to discuss issues pertaining to women empowerment.
