Located on its original site on Forth Street Invercargill, the green is in secluded parklands on the banks of the Otepuni creek in the heart of the CBD. Volleyball Southland Association, Inc. (VSA) and Southland Darts Association, Inc. (SDA) have taken up the lease of the site in a brand new collaboration, and have converted the current clubrooms into a new shared facility and the bowling green into sand courts, for beach volleyball and other sand activities. There is the potential in the future as part of the business plan to share, hire out to other recreation, sport, and community organisations looking to collaborate on space, including hot desks for people or recreation organisations who need them.
