The Women in Finance Academy (WiF) offers additional programming outside the classroom that will help you explore potential career paths, build skills for success, and connect with other female students, alumni, and professionals in the field through: Panel discussions that focus on both raising awareness of financial career paths as well as addressing challenges unique to women within the finance world. An All-Female Stock Pitch Competition hosted in the fall, which will enable female finance students to make connections across the region and connect with future employers. Professional development seminars aimed at building quantitative and soft skills. Networking and Learning Opportunities, including trips to Chicago and New York City to meet potential employers and learn more the industry.
