Founded in June 2013, Health2Sync provides a comprehensive health management platform, enabling patients to connect with family, friends, and care providers. Our flagship product is the Health2Sync mobile app that allows patients with diabetes to easily track their blood sugar along with factors that influence it. We believe that the combination of mobile, cloud and data analysis can significantly improve the quality of care provided to patients. We aspire to leverage these technologies to bring more innovation and convenience to the health & medical field. The Health2Sync app was selected by Healthline as one of the "10 Best Diabetes Apps" for 3 consecutive years since 2017 and has over 840,000 users worldwide currently. Health2Sync is developing our first digital therapeutic product aiming to improve self-management of blood glucose more efficiently.
