The mission of Yampa Valley Sustainability Council (YVSC) is to be a resource and catalyst for building a sustainable community in the Yampa Valley. YVSC’s goals: • Raise awareness of environmental issues through education and outreach • Provide tools and resources to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and create a more resilient community • Advocate to encourage sustainability as a community value • Engage people of all ages in service projects to protect our local environment
