Property Management Kuper Legh Management (Pty) Ltd manages on behalf of clients and its principal’s property in excess of R6 billion with their offices situated in Dunkeld, Johannesburg. The full spectrum of property management services are provided. The portfolio under management a mix between commercial, industrial and retail. The shareholders of Kuper Legh Property Management are Kuper Legh Property Group (Pty)Ltd as well as Vanessa Govender. 2. Investment The principals of the business own and control in excess of R1 billion of direct property mainly in the commercials and industrial sectors. It has a strategy to expand the business to be one of the largest privately owned property portfolios in South Africa. It has excellent relationships with financiers and transacts with principals and brokers on a friendly basis and invariably property is funded via debt and equity regardless of the economic woes of the land. Debt funding has always been readily available due to the standing of the individuals and the company in the investment space. 3. Property Development KPLG are able to draw on a wealth of experience as regards the development of Industrial, Commercial and Retail property. The development unit’s services cover the following aspects: 1. Site evaluation and selection. 2. Financial feasibility studies. 3. Project concepts and management. 4. Project finance and developments for end-users and investors.
