Hi I am Sarah!! Thanks for visiting my website! I am a talent development professional looking to help you achieve your goals in landing your next homerun. The path I had set forth in college has taken several curves since graduation, and allowed me to find my passion, my homerun. You see, I set out to be a teacher and coach softball. I played softball all my life and achieved the dream of playing at the collegiate level. I could not imagine my life any different, teaching, and coaching students to achieve their dreams. My first curve was thrown before I ever graduated. Sitting at my brother’s baseball game, something I rarely got to do because our season schedules conflicted so much, my game plan was challenged. One conversation challenged me to try a different path, teaching adults in the corporate world. What started as a summer internship has turned into a career, I never knew I would love so much. In addition to the thirteen years I have spent in talent development, I received my bachelor’s degree from St. Mary’s University (TX), a Masters in Educational Human Resource Development from Texas A&M University and hold a SHRM-SCP certification. I live in Houston, TX with my amazing twin boys and our dog Bentley. In my spare time you can find me coaching my boys sports teams, outside with neighbors or watching softball/baseball live or on TV. Ready to leave the on-deck circle?
