Please sign up at www.tristateca.org The Tri-state Cannabis Alliance is a coalition of NY, NJ, CT and PA small and medium sized businesses, social organizational leaders, representatives, policy advocates and non-industry citizens, whose mission is dedicated to ensuring a safe, socially equitable and regionally harmonized cannabis industry. Regional harmonization will focus on establishing cooperation of contiguous state legislative bodies, cannabis markets and affiliated programs to identify, develop, and implement mechanisms and processes that will allow members to collaborate and establish a set of acceptable practices and expectations for sustainability of the industry for businesses and organizational stakeholders. Social equity initiatives will focus on educational events and support of membership organizations establishing internal programs that contribute to the effectual diversification of the industry. Measurable efforts will be made to support local and national social justice initiatives and operational organizations that have missions that support remediation and retribution efforts due to the injustices with the criminalization of cannabis over the past decades. With future federal legalization imminent, the TCA intends to make measurably effectual efforts to educate, learn and contribute to aspiring and operating cannabis businesses with a higher standard than might be required by currently applicable state regulations, for purposes of providing safe and effective products for patients and end-users. Non-individual members may agree to develop, implement, and maintain an effective continual improvement program to ensure that the TCA and its members maintain a high standard of ethics and social responsibility as the industry regulatory landscape evolves.
