First Colony Aquatic and Rehab Center provides both traditional, land-based physical therapy as well as aquatic physical therapy in our heated, indoor pools. We invest heavily in our staff in order to provide the best care in the best environment. All therapists, upon being hired, are mentored by the clinic directors. This includes sharing patients, chart reviews, and constant communication. Once they become independent, we decide together on how to progress their careers through continuing education. It may be a niche practice (FDN, vestibular, women's health, sports...) or something more general such as manual therapy.
