Lead develops leaders for the UK Jewish community. Established in late 2011 we are the only organisation of its kind working cross-communally in the UK Jewish community to offer leadership programmes, events and networking opportunities for trustees, lay, professional and emerging communal leaders. Lead is a division of the Jewish Leadership Council. Our vision is for a vibrant and vital Jewish community in the UK, created and inspired by great leadership. We develop leaders with ambition, ability and authenticity to lead our vibrant and vital Jewish community. Our goals are: - To establish leadership development as a key driver for the creation of a vibrant and vital UK Jewish community. - Develop our community’s lay leaders at each stage of their leadership life cycle. - Invest in the development of our community’s professional leaders.
