BDG is an international grassroots initiative and is governed as an association in Geneva. We seek to bridge development gaps across the globe by meaningful inclusion of those who are left behind. Our goal is to connect local leaders with international collaborations and support them to be change-makers towards inclusive and community-relevant development. BDG manages international programs, organizes events and campaigns, and collaborates with strong partners. BDG works on projects aligned with its strategic focus areas from a human rights-based approach: socio-economic development, health, WASH (water, sanitation and hygiene), and collaboration for development.
