CRG was founded in 1991 under the name TRIAC. The company was sold in 2005 with the principals of the company launching a new entity under the Triac Management Group banner known as Counter Risk Group or CRG. CRG continues to focus on regulatory response issues affecting today's financial institutions. It partners with key entities including Sheshunoff, McGladrey, and other national law firms in providing support services on numerous phases of banking including Fair Lending, BSA/AML and key safety and soundness matters. Headed by its President & CEO Kenneth Agle, CRG continues to seek innovative solutions for today's challenging banking environment. These solutions focus on maximizing technology for small to mid-sized institutions in guiding those institution's towards workable solutions.
