Mountainview Christian School is an international, co-educational boarding and day school. The language of instruction is English and the curriculum, taught from a Christian worldview, is based on the system of the United States of America. Mountainview Christian School partners with parents, sending agencies, the Christian community, and Church to train up and educate children in a Christ-centered environment at an affordable cost. Facilities Mountainview is located in a beautiful, semi-rural area about one kilometer from the center of Salatiga. Included at the secondary campus are classrooms including science and computer labs, a library, administrative offices, a conference room, and health services. The Liles Center, which is located between the two classroom buildings, has an excellent auditorium plus a music classroom, dressing rooms, prop storage areas, a kitchen and a reception hall. The reception hall is adjacent to our open-air pavilion, which is used for lunch and for many gatherings. Nearby are a two-court gym, 8-lane 25m swimming pool, two dormitories, a soccer field, walking track, fitness room, and 2 playgrounds. Ninety-five percent of our graduates have attended universities in the United States, Korea, Australia, the United Kingdom, Canada, and other countries.
