My Place provides flexible and individualised services to people with a disability and their families living in Perth and southern Western Australia. My Place is a leading NDIS registered services provider and was established in 1996. My Place supports around 400 people with significant disabilities to live in their own homes or remain in their family home, and to become valued, recognised and contributing members of their community. My Place does not operate any group homes or other congregate care facilities.
