A Typical Methodology Includes: • Collaboration with our clients to assess and discover the individual or business objectives involved in their coaching engagement. • Designing the assessment information into a custom coaching program. Sometimes a program includes training when necessary and consulting if needed. • Launching into the engagement holding you accountable and advocating for your success. Sometimes we need to strategize, partner think with you, recalibrate, try again and repeat. SoulSalt coaching is not a quick fix.
